Lifestyle Home Appliances had very competitive prices and their customer service was excellent, but couldn’t say that about their choice of courier, who were DPD. When my phone arrived at their depot in the Highlands, they held onto it for extra few days but couldn’t explain why when I contacted them. I pointed out to Lifestyle Home Appliances that as the phone was such a small package perhaps they would have been better posting it. I would have got it sooner.

Delivery men called me on the delivery day with an approximate time slot. Tracking system is great. Delivered with care and expertise.

I booked a recycling collection yesterday and they collected this morning. Excellent communication throughout the process, easy to arrange even though I did not buy the new appliance from them and much quicker and efficient than getting the council involved. We normally buy our appliances from Lifestyle Home Appliances but didn’t in this case as I didn’t know whether they would install in our existing kitchen cabinet. The two people who collected it were on time, courteous and gave me a call when they were on their way.
Overall, excellent service and would highly recommend.
