Ordering and delivery processes were good and efficient. We were kept informed concerning the delivery which arrived as scheduled.
Our old TV was on a stand and the driver said that removing the old TV from its stand was not part of his job even though they were taking it away. I was not aware of this and couldn’t see why this would be any different to the washing machine we purchased earlier which was disconnected and removed by you. Despite his reservations the driver did in fact disconnect and remove the old TV , so all credit to him. However the screws to attach the new one to the stand were the wrong size so ultimately it had to be left standing on the floor. He very quickly had it set up and working fine but there was virtually no guidance provided on how to operate the new TV which was very different to the old one and has since taken me a few days to find my way around it. That would have helped those of us of a certain age and less technically literate.
