The whole experience was very good apart from one bit. I get you have to try to sell insurance on your products and I probably would have taken it had the guy been less pushy. Because the minute your try to pressure me into buying insurance I totally back away. Maybe you should tell people there is an insurance policy but don’t try to force them to take it there and then
