Price of the item was really good. Price of delivery was, I think, too expensive, along with disposing of the old freezer, though I do appreciate that disposal has a cost due to the gases etc. But the free delivery was more expensive than I think was justified. The delivery itself was good, being given a time slot early on was appreciated and the delivery guys were great. The chest freezer seems really good so far, fits perfectly where I needed it and stores a good amount of food and fairly quiet.

Good prices, looking for a large freezer, to store all our homegrown stuff. This fitted the bill better price than some other companies and by joining the 5star club for a year got delivery and collection of the old appliance for up to a year. Placed the order and got a call fairly quickly to see if we wanted insurance. Arranged next day delivery. Got an email on the day to day 4 hour window. Then a while later a call to say between 10-12 and the when we were the next delivery a call to say 25 mins. So within 24hs of placing the order we had our new freezer. What’s not to like, delivery men were quick unloading, friendly and took the packaging away. Great service.
