Delivery was 3 days ahead of forecast, and at the early end of the timeslot I was given.

No problems with the ordering of my items and picking my delivery day, drivers called me in the morning to confirm delivery time, they arrived on time and took my old freezer away as planned. The delivery guys were good, friendly and polite but they spoiled it by asking for a 5star review, had they not asked I’d have probably given it to them. Dont ask for it, let your customer service do the work
