Although the company were not quite on the ball when comunicating with the delivery dept, we had to cancel twice due to ill health but were still phoned early in the morning to say our delivery was today, we gave plenty of notice. When we actually had the delivery the men were absolutely superb, they phones 1/2 hr ahead and our delivery was not easy as we have lots of steps, they didn’t complain just got on with the job, full marks to them.
