It was fairly easy to order a new cooker. I looked at reviews of the one I was interested in. I had to pay extra for taking away my broken cooker and connection of new one and an unpacking fee, so that took the cost up to just shy of £500.00. Everything was tested before disconnection of old cooker and new one was tested before and after connection. The guys that delivered my new cooker were lovely and really professional.
My only complaint was the amount of emails regarding the delivery and a phonecall trying to sell me a service plan for repairs ect. Surely the consumer rights act should cover me if it is faulty within the first year?
