Easy website, straightforward payment, good range of delivery dates. Expensive delivery compared to other large appliance retailers but the speed of delivery meant we chose Lifestyle Home Appliances. Confusing choices at checkout for disconnection, connection, recycling etc, versus buying a membership but then still needing added extras, needs to be simplified.
