Ordered Saturday afternoon delivered Sunday morning at an extra cost but we’ll worth it.

Excellent service

Excellent service from start to finish. The delivery driver rang me to say he’d be there in about an hour and a half. He then rang me to say he was 10 minutes away and he rang me again to say he’d delivered the items because I wasn’t at the property. Can’t fault the communication and friendliness of the delivery driver thank you.

The delivery guys were polite, professional and extremely accommodating.

The overall experience was great, however 2 issues popped up. Being of the older generation I retire to bed early. The notification of an early delivery came through at 22.06 … Luckily I have my phone by my bed and the vibe woke me. The first notification gave me a delivery window of 07.00 to 09.00. The 2nd issue occured when I got a revised notification, on the delivery window. The new one said 07.00 to 11.00 .. at 7am I received a call from the delivery team saying they were 5 minutes away…. errrrrr, surely it should be left up to the delivery team to inform their clients. I would not have had the issue. Anyway, machine arrived, in good order. Love to get new appliances, yaaaay – A O lets go.
