Delivery was fine but the item had a small dent on arrival. Customer service sorted it eventually but took longer than expected.

Television arrived on time and we were kept informed by the driver as to when they would arrive. Unpacked new tv and removed packaging. Set up new tv and removed old tv. Both men very efficient and pleasant throughout. The installation was very quick.
