Unfortunately, the first attempt to install my Neff Microwave, resulted in failure, because the item was found to be damaged, when unpacked.
The delay in getting my new microwave was annoying.
The second attempt was quick and efficient, but they left some recycling package behind.

Dealing with Lifestyle Home Appliances on the ‘phone was very helpful, with your staff very pleasant to deal with. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.

I’m not inclined to leave reviews but I am making an exception in this case.

I purchased a TV (a VERY large TV) and when it was delivered and powered up I was disappointed to see a bunch of dead pixels bang in the middle of the screen.

On contacting Lifestyle Home Appliances I was answered by a very pleasant operator and within minutes I was on a video call with a representative of the manufacturer of the TV.

After viewing the issue he agreed to give me a replacement TV, to be delivered at my convenience.

Not only that but Lifestyle Home Appliances arranged for the guys who would deliver the TV to unpack the replacement and remove the packaging (think room divider size here) as part of the service.

All of the above duly took place at a date of my choosing and I could not be happier with the TV and the service, both from Lifestyle Home Appliances and the TV manufacturer.

Well done folks.

Delivery, disconnection of our washing machine and installation of the new one was very quick and efficient.
