The delivery arrived when they said it would and the guys were great. However I paid to have it unpcked and the rubbish taken away but the delivery drivers didn’t have this on their sheet but they kindly unpacked my fridge/freezer and took the rubbish away.

Scratched my new fridge badly but put it right
Delivery men removed all packaging from my fridge with a boxcutter covering the front og my black fridge with deep scratches. They also unpacked my fridge before getting it up the stairs to my flat, scratching it even more.
Edit: Thank you to Tom at Lifestyle Home Appliances for putting my situation right, lovely to talk to and properly listened to my issue. Amazing customer service I’m much happier now.
