Easy ordering process, good website design, clear description of both the products and what to expect of the delivery service. Good communication / updates between order and delivery dates and smooth on-time delivery as per the promise.
However the usual phone call the day after ordering, which Lifestyle Home Appliances do every time, is annoying. Masquerading as a customer care call ” to run through the delivery process”, the real purpose is to sell additional warranty cover / insurance. As previously, as soon as I declared I did not want any extra cover, the caller said ok then no problem, you’ll find delivery details on our website… bye!
