When the products, prices and ordering process are so good and the delivery guys are simply brilliant, why spoil it with the unnecessary harassment on the phone from the D&G warranty sellers? Who needs it when the manufacturer’s warranty is already two years and accidental damage is covered on house insurance?
Why not give us the opportunity to opt out of these calls at the time of ordering?

the delivery slot was 7.00am to 9.00am, I got a call from the driver to let me know they were running late, with another eta, this was making the best of a bad situation, and I was impressed that they took the time to call me and apologise for running late, I can’t tell you the amount of time I have waited in all day for a delivery for it to be a no show, when the guys did arrive, they did everything they were supposed to, the item was unpacked, put into the room of my choice, and they took the old appliance and all the packing materials from the new appliance away, very happy with the service I received.
