Was told I would be given a 4 hour delivery slot on the morning of the delivery which I did get, I also received a call from the delivery guys with a 2 hour time slot which was even better but to top it off the delivery guys arrived at start of the time slot, they also asked me where I would like it to be placed which they done, top marks for these guys.
