The Lifestyle Home Appliances delivery team and call centre have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I originally ordered the washing machine from another retailer on 29th December on behalf of my 82 year old mother. After waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery and connection, she had a rotten experience being let down with her delivery and being made to wait another 10 days for re-delivery through no fault of her own. It was hard to contact the another retailer call centre and the staff were very unhelpful so I cancelled the order with them and ordered from Lifestyle Home Appliances. The Lifestyle Home Appliances team has made an 82 year old lady very happy. She said the staff were polite, courteous and respectful and she felt that she didn’t get that from another retailer. She said she felt devalued and unimportant and that they just didn’t want to know.
