You were amazing

The delivery time was excellent and a very helpful delivery person. A problem has arisen and that is the cable was not long enough. It was the same length a my existing Microwave except that the cable coming out of the Panasonic Microwave came out of the top right hand back instead of being placed at (say) the centre bottom of the cabinet. I now have to fit an extension socket further along the wall to accommodate the new cable.
Another thing is that there are now ‘symbols’ used which have to be translated from the Instruction booklet, such as the symbols on the ‘8’ button. It does not tell one how to operate it. In the end I downloaded the full operating manual, at ‘130’ pages; just in case I can find the answers I need. With my old (now malfunctioning) Combi. microwave oven, when one pressed a button one could see immediately what to do. It seems to me that when an item is designed it is not looked at from the users point of view. [Let’s see what we can ‘improve’, oh yes let’s us symbols], which then have to be interpreted.
As usual it is easier for my grandchildren to interpret. ( They all live hundreds of miles away. ) so not so very helpful. Situation normal.
May I say, Stop using symbols and use names.

The team made exceptional efforts to complete our delivery despite the challenging layout of our house. They really went above and beyond to provide a great service and should be commended.

We were told a 4 hour slot, the guys delivering were polite and were professional.

Very efficient from placing the order, keeping me up to date re delivery and the two man team who delivered the washing machine were professional and I would say a credit to the Company.
