Received phonecall a day or two before delivery and was able to track delivery on the day. Phone call from driver 10 mins before delivery. Both delivery staff friendly and helpful. Delivery was bang on the 10am time and the 2 delivery guys were fantastic! They were both cheerful and polite and even showed me a spray to use so the machine slid into its slit easier. I cannot fault them. Everything was spot on and the machine is now plugged in and cleaning!
I have one serious issue. The vehicle they were using does not have a tail lift and. As we all know, washing machines are extremely heavy. I do not think it is acceptable from a manual handling perspective to have to lift such heavy appliances without some form of mechanical advantage. Surely Lifestyle Home Appliances should take better care of its employees? Poor!!
