Really lovely and helpful lady on the phone in the ordering department, very patient in helping me get the best deal possible on the day. The only disappointing thing was that items I looked up one day had gone up a lot when I went to buy on the next day. One appliance by £70 one by £50 and one by £20. I queried this and was told they adjust prices daily according to the scarcity of the item and the ones I wanted were in great demand with only a few left. I did feel a bit cheated having seen the things cheaper only a day before. So if you see a bargain its best not to wait! Their driver was great and helpful on delivery. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
