The first delivery drivers Lifestyle Home Appliances sent on Wednesday the 21st of Jan took at look through my house to see where they would have to bring the ordered fridge/freezer, went back to their van and then about 20 minutes later I got a call from their customer support team saying they were unable to complete the delivery. She was very apologetic and said she would reorganise for another team to try to complete the delivery on Tuesday the 27th.

The team of Theo and Spencer that arrived on the 27th were very professional and helpful. They pointed out the difficulties with the delivery that would explain why the other team had cancelled, but then went ahead and managed to bring the ordered fridge/freezer through into my kitchen. Was very impressed by their service and their upbeat attitude when facing challenges which included needing to take my kitchen door off the hinges to fit the fridge/freezer through. Very happy with the new fridge, very happy with the second delivery team.
