Excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to replace a dishwasher when it developed a fault, even when it was out of their own warranty. Representatives really do seem to have the customer’s best interest at heart and replaced the dishwasher in a timely manner in order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

Delivered on time, successfully manoeuvred old appliance out & new one in with no damage (other than a few spilled items, which I’d anticipated might happen!).
