There is an old product removal service and an open and removal of packaging available.

The pricing was perfectly reasonable and the delivery itself was prompt, with clear updates and tracking throughout, which I appreciated.
However, one of the delivery drivers asked to use my toilet at 07:20 in the morning. I didn’t feel I could say no, but he didn’t flush afterwards, which left me feeling quite sick.
Aside from that incident, everything else with the order was fine.
