I had an issue with my D&G insurance and had emailed the company to ask for support after a very unreassuring previous call. Yet had heard nothing back , so I painfully rang again !
Thankfully I got Dale ! He was absolutely amazing , personable , professional , showed such patience and we had some really good banter on a Sunday morning !
He helped me with all of my issues and sorted me out in no time at all ! A real credit !
