The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic – watching them manoeuvre the fridge freezer into our kitchen was like watching ballet! We were also kept informed with timescales – a text message in the morning giving us a four hour window, shortly followed by a phone call giving us a two hour window, and then a second call when they were ten minutes away. They were very careful and managed a tricky install with no damage. The level of service would have been worth paying extra for, but actually, we saved £200 compared to other retailers’s or direct from the manufacturer!. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
