The overall experience was great, however 2 issues popped up. Being of the older generation I retire to bed early. The notification of an early delivery came through at 22.06 … Luckily I have my phone by my bed and the vibe woke me. The first notification gave me a delivery window of 07.00 to 09.00. The 2nd issue occured when I got a revised notification, on the delivery window. The new one said 07.00 to 11.00 .. at 7am I received a call from the delivery team saying they were 5 minutes away…. errrrrr, surely it should be left up to the delivery team to inform their clients. I would not have had the issue. Anyway, machine arrived, in good order. Love to get new appliances, yaaaay – A O lets go.
