Pretty good. No long wait times to speak to someone. Good comms from delivery team on the day. Only minor niggles were the 0% finance could be easier to navigate, and adding recycling of old unit to the order retrospectively requires 3 phonecalls. But in general pretty easy to work with. A bit pushy and presumptive with the extended warranty, they try and talk you in to it without being exactly clear with you what you are saying yes to. They seek affirmation on the warranty with questions like “does that seem like a good idea”, ” do you like that”. If you’re not careful you could end up sleep walking in to extended warranty.
