My 10day old tv had a fault and we had a 3 way conversation between myself, Lifestyle Home Appliances and hisense. After several minutes hisense werent being very helpfull and the Lifestyle Home Appliances agent told hisense that they would change the tv. Hisense have a terrible customer service.
