4/5 as the appliance we ordered came damaged with dents and scratches. The delivery guys were fantastic and contacted customer services straight away. Initially they wanted to leave us without a fridge freezer for 48 hours until they could deliver a new one but after a brief conversation with management they agreed to install the delivered one for use until the new appliance came. The guys called me in the morning where i explained what had happened. Upon arrival they inspected the damage and simply replaced the damaged doors and drawers from the fridge freezer. Very professional. 5/5 for the guys that delivered and installed
