a.o.com offer good quality products at competitive prices. I have used them before and will use them again. On the day of delivery I received confirmation from the DPD driver with the time slot for delivery, which is always reassuring, and my item was delivered in secure packaging.
I did encounter a slight problem when attempting to change my delivery date No tracking info was available online and I was instructed to contact A.O. customer service. Despite repeated attempts they were unable to change the delivery date. Apparently my item had not been dispatched from the warehouse to the DPD depot and therefore it wasn’t on the tracking system. DPD could not be contacted by customer service and I was left not knowing whether or not my delivery date had been changed. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
