New fridge/freezer. The website was relatively easy to use but when viewing the list of available fridges and then pressing the back button it sometimes would just default back to the start of the list which was not helpful, so repeated scrolling was necessary. The number of bags of shopping a fridge can hold along with the reviews was the points that swung me the most to makes my decision along with price of course. Once ordered the delivery day was just in two days time. One point to note is that they charge you separately for taking the old one away and installation which to be honest I find truly bizarre. I do wonder where true customer service has gone. I’ve never known anything like it. Years back merchants would deliver the goods, take the old away, clear up and install the new ones as a matter of it being the perfectly normal thing you do when a customer is paying a lot of money for an item. The other thing where LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk would do well to improve on is their call handling, there was so much noise behind their represe tative that I had to struggle to hear what he said and additionally Ive never heard a yone speak so quickly when reading out terms etc, that was rather odd. It surprised .e that he a tually thought I could digest a word he was saying. Regarding the delivery, the customer service representative informed me that I would get a four hour deli ery window the night before the deli ery day which would be any time before 07:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs. That didn’t happen which was stressful as I felt I’d now have to be up in time for 07:00 hrs just in case they came at that time. Eventually they had sent me an email by the morning. The delivery men were excellent, friendly and careful. We now have a lovely new fridge. So overall I am happy but constructive criticism I hope is received well and listened to.

Ordered Integrated dishwasher at 4.00pm on Friday …. told delivery would be between 7.00 – 9.00 am on Monday. At 7.00 on Mornday morning, driver called to say he was on his way and would arrive at about 7.30am ……He and his partner arrived on time …. removed old and installed new intrgrated dishwasher and left by 8.20am taking away the old appliance and leaving the house as they found it. Brilliant service …. you couldn’t ask for more …. and all at an excellent price.
