I have to take this opportunity to apologise to Danielle from after sales customer service dept and Kendra from manufacturer liaising dept for sorting out the missing parts of the vacuum cleaner I placed recently. It was entirely my mistake that the missing parts were stored in the hidden compartment in the vacuum cleaner I could not spot. I have told the manufacturer not to send me the replacement missing parts in the future and would like to say sorry to Danielle and Kendra for your time wasted on me. Both of you were very helpful and eager to sort out my mistake. I am very grateful to you.
