    Excellent service, from the descriptive product details on the website, then the easy to understand and navigate purchasing process and options, organising the delivery day and time window to suit me, the prompt professional courteous and friendly delivery staff. I’d say it went much better than visiting another retailer’s finding what I wanted WITHOUT any help from the very limited staff numbers and then tried to place my order only to be told by the sales person that the manager would come over with his tablet at the ready and put me on a LIST to be served. Lol another retailer’s wasn’t that busy, maybe 16 customers and 7 staff members! Put on a list to be served???? What ever next?! So I left, went on Lifestyle Home Appliances and placed my order there instead, which is what I should have done in the beginning.
