The installers were on time, friendly and helpful. They called me in the morning advising me on their ETA and were on time. Service with a smile.

I cannot fault the delivery, cannot fault the speed of service or the quality of goods provided. What I can find fault with is that I paid for my old appliance to be recycled as past of my package and yet three days later my old appliance is still sitting in the front garden for all to see.
On the day I was told that the old washing machine would not fit in the van to be recycled as whoever loaded the van had done such a bad job the old machine would not fit in as a fridge freezer was blocking the space but somebody would arrange to come and collect it, I had paid for the service after all. Since then zero contact, no phone call, no email, not message nothing. My old fridge stands in my garden looking like a testament to someone who couldn’t care less. I work with babies, toddlers and special needs children. I made this clear when my new washing machine was delivered, the answer? Turn the door of the washing machine to face the wall, it should stop them climbing in! Please, please, please will you pick up my old washing machine? Either that or give me my money back so I can pay someone else to carry out the job I paid Lifestyle Home Appliances to do. I’m all for modern art but this is not what I imagined
***Update. This was originally a 2 star review, I have to update following events as a result of my review. Within minutes of the above review going live I received a call with an apology and a date set for collection the following morning. At 9am the next day the machine was collected, I have since had follow up calls to ensure I am happy. This is how customer service should be done, very impressive and I am now a very happy customer. In my book mistakes happen and it’s how it’s dealt with that matters and my issue was dealt with quickly, politely and made me feel valued as a customer. Well done

Good communication about delivery time, good options for delivery. Arrived all as expected, took old dryer away and all packaging (included in cost). Efficient and polite service. Thank you – also the delivery was on a bank holiday with no extra cost.
