Absolutely amazing service! Customer services were so helpful and the delivery guys were so courteous. Could track the delivery on the day to the nearest 5 minutes. They give you a time slot but on the day of the delivery you can see how many deliveries they have before they get to you which is updated every few minutes. Would never use any other company for appliances

Very easy to order. I was kept informed about delivery time. The driver phoned to give me a more accurate time on the day. Its easy to track where the van is. However, they were 2 hours later than the time given and it was dark outside. I had to get a torch to show them where to put the freezer in an outside shed. But they were pleasant and installed it and removed the old one as requested.
