From ordering online to delivery this morning, I can’t fault the service. Received a phone call at 7.30am to let me know approximate time of delivery. Arrived 5 minutes early. Excellent service. My only complaint (I know it’s not really relevant on here) is the after service I have received from Domestic and General has been shocking to say the least so if there will ever be an issue with my new washing machine I’m not expecting a positive experience. Please don’t recommend any extended guarantee from them to me.
