I liked that you kept me updated with the delivery service, from ordering to delivery so good thank you.

Great price but even after paying £40 to join membership I still had to pay another £25 for a delivery slot. This is due to living alone and working shifts so committed to being home for delivery.
Otherwise all ok

We accidentally ordered a dishwasher with the wrong hinge. The delivery team came, informed us they couldn’t fit it, but instead of making it a big deal, they let us know the exact type of hinge we needed, and let us re-order for no extra charge. In fact we were refunded the £20 difference as the second dishwasher we ordered was slightly cheaper than the first. When the second delivery team came a few days later, it turns out our kitchen cabinets are not standard lengths. The team then remeasured everything so they could install it perfectly to fit with our awkward, non-standard cabinet sizes. Very good customer service – highly recommend. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
